This is my third purchase from Rune Wood, this time a 'sofabord'. I bought a dining table from them last year and a bench before that. Each time, the quality has been consistently excellent. Good quality, delivery could improve
I ordered a 'plankebord eg' a few weeks ago for my dining room. The table itself is beautiful, really solid oak and the craftsmanship is evident. It's a significant upgrade from our old table. Assembly was straightforward, which I appreciated. However, the delivery took longer than the estimated 5-7 business days, arriving on day 9. It wasn't a huge deal, but I had to rearrange my schedule to be home for it. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. Overall, I'm happy with the product's quality and value, but wish the delivery timing was more precise.
